On request we can generate regular bespoke reports for our clients on the quality performance of Wellwise Group in the form of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators). These KPI’s can reflect the critical achievement factors we feel are important to our clients and to the industry - where quality cannot be compromised.
We endeavour to ensure all contractors are of such quality that they meet or exceed industry standards. We encourage regular feedback from our clients to ensure we are working in the way intended for you – to show our high level of service quality.

While we cannot totally remove the risk that contractors present to our industry we can reduce and control it through:
SELECTION
Our aim is to send only the best contractors to you. They are selected carefully with specific skills in mind controlled through our own internal procedures and quality management system.
PREPARTION
Our contractors receive a briefing prior to their mobilisation – so by the time they arrive on location we have ensured they are as prepared as they can be.
CAPABILITY
We require all of our contractors to have a form of accredited Competency as we deem satisfactory – meeting or exceeding industry standards. We encourage all contractors who do not have this to join our own Competency scheme.
ASSURANCE
We require all of our contractors to have a valid drug screen reducing the risk oilfield personnel present to our industry in general and more specifically – to you.
