Q. Will I need Offshore Survival and Medical Certificates?
A. Yes – you will need valid certificates from approved Offshore Service providers. (See “Useful Links”.) Medicals can only be accepted with full Drug Screening confirmation. We see these as 'Tools of the Trade' and must be paid for by the individual. We can however help with such arrangements and provide advice.

Q. Do you supply P.P.E?
A. No- Again these are 'Tools of the Trade' and must be paid for by the individual. We can advise a list and specification if required.

Q. Do you cover Insurances?
A. Yes- Under the group's Policy Cover, all personnel, whilst on assignment, are covered by both Employer's and Public Liability insurance. However - we suggest that all personnel have comprehensive Personal Insurance cover for Death and Disability as well as Medical and Repatriation Insurance to cover work-related accidents.

Q. Do you book Flights and Hotels etc?
A. Yes – Wellwise Group will book all return Flights, Hotels, Taxis etc. There may well be the odd occasion where a consultant will have to book a Flight, Hotel or Taxi and claim the cost back on an approved Expense Form when travelling overseas and contact with the office is unavailable for whatever reason.

Q. How do you pay me?
A. Most Consultants are either Non UK Resident or set up as a UK based Limited Company. Invoices received complete with signed timesheet and appraisal forms will be processed for payment 30-35 days from receipt providing there are no queries or discrepancies. These may be posted or emailed to our Norwich office. U.K. Limited companies must send in a Certificate of Incorporation from Companies House. V.A.T. numbers must be clearly shown where applicable.

Q. Do I need to register for V.A.T.?
A. Possibly - We suggest that you speak to an Independent Financial Adviser when setting up your UK Limited Company.

Q. How do I claim my Loyalty Bonus Points from my redeemable bank?
A. Email accounts@wellwisegroup.com and request a Loyalty Bonus Payment (We need an email rather than just a telephone call for auditing purposes)
